What the service provides

LicenseBench is operated by TruPower Solutions, LLC. It provides licensing summaries, source links, application checklists, and personal exam planning tools. It is an independent service and is not a licensing board, government agency, or testing provider.

Official decisions and examination results

The licensing authority decides eligibility, accepted experience, examination waivers, and license issuance. The testing provider administers examinations and confirms appointments. Using LicenseBench does not guarantee application approval, a passing exam score, or a license.

Review the current official application and candidate bulletin for your exact license, jurisdiction, examination, and test date. Fees, requirements, providers, and permitted book editions can change. A reference list labeled incomplete or unverified must be confirmed before buying materials or attending an exam.

Free beta and availability

The current website beta is free. It does not charge application or examination fees, offer paid subscriptions, or collect payment details. If paid services are introduced, their price and terms will be disclosed before purchase.

Features and guidance may change as the beta develops. The service may be interrupted or unavailable, and information may contain omissions or errors. It is provided as available for planning purposes. These terms do not limit rights that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

Your plans and responsibilities

Checklist selections and application status are entered by you; they do not submit forms or update a board’s records. Exam planning does not reserve a seat or show live availability. Keep copies of official confirmations and verify appointment time zones and duration.

Plans are stored on your device and browser profile. They can be lost if browser data is cleared or the device is lost. Export backups and keep them secure. You remain responsible for your application information, deadlines, payments to official providers, and compliance with the applicable licensing requirements.

Appropriate use

Use the service lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorized access. Original board documents, exam bulletins, code books, and other linked materials remain subject to their publishers’ rights.
