Your licensing plans
LicenseBench stores checklist progress, notes, experience hours, existing-license state, application status, and exam appointment details in your browser’s local storage. The beta has no user accounts or automatic cloud synchronization. The application code does not upload your plan contents to a LicenseBench server.
Anyone who can use the same browser profile may be able to view your saved plans. Avoid entering Social Security numbers, identification numbers, credit reports, payment details, or other sensitive documents in the notes.
Backups and calendar exports
Exported backups contain your saved plans, notes, and appointment details. The backup is generated on your device. Importing a backup reads the selected file in your browser and merges supported plans; the application does not upload that file. Calendar exports contain the appointment details you entered. You choose where exported files are saved or shared.
Website hosting and technical information
The website uses third-party hosting and security infrastructure. These services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request times, and operational or security logs, and may use essential cookies. LicenseBench does not add advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts to this beta. Hosting and security processing is separate from the plan data stored in your browser.
When you contact us
If you email TruPower Solutions, LLC, we receive your email address, message, and any information you choose to include. We use this information to respond, troubleshoot, and improve the service. Support correspondence is processed through our business email provider and retained as needed for support and business records. Email us to request deletion of correspondence; some records may need to be retained for legal or business obligations.
Do not email passwords, payment information, or sensitive application documents. We do not sell your support messages or local plan contents.
External websites
Links to licensing boards, exam providers, and other resources open services with their own privacy practices. Applications, payments, and exam bookings you complete there are handled by those services.
Deleting your local plans
To remove all LicenseBench plans from this browser, clear the browser’s website data for license-bench.com. If you also used www.license-bench.com, trupowersolutions.net, or another address, clear that address’s data separately. This does not remove previously exported files or calendar events; delete those from their saved locations. Export a backup first if you want to keep a copy.
